You also start out with 400 credit/banner/text links, and we've decided to give you these each month from your upgrade level. Not to mention, you'll get receive 15% residual credits on your first level... 5 levels deep... (which is quite generous and the highest percentage of downline credits within the program).

Other membership benefits would include lower surf timers, higher banner and text impression trading values, higher referral joining bonuses, and like we said earlier 50% commissions from all upgrades, OTOs and 40% on credit purchases.

Let's go into more detail about the marketing plan... first off; we're going to pay members to join. Yes, we know that's crazy...but it works like a charm and makes members join like crazy. It also makes it real easy for you to get a lot of referrals. This should bring in 700 active members within the first 24 hours. As soon as we hit 700 active members we're going to do something else that's crazy!

We're going to pay the sponsor $.50 or $1.00 for each new active member. In other words, if you bring in the 701st active member you're going to get a $1.00 for referring that member (free GreasedLightningHits members get the $.50). This will go until we hit 1500 active members and we roll out the next promotion. This next promotion will include higher commission amount for you for a short time. Now it's time to explain the Spiff System. We're pretty excited about this one and it's only been done once before in the TE world (by me). This goes back to my days of selling cell phones and it's quite the incentive I'm sure you're going to love!

This is how it's going to work... We pay out extra commissions on any members who upgrade that you've referred. The totals will be calulated at the end of the first month then you'll get an extra Spiff Check in the form of commissions added to your account. We'll also send out an email to the JV team and give recognition to the top promoters.

Any upgrade level counts and they have to remain an upgraded member at the time we calulate the Spiffs. In other words, if they cancel too early or ask for refunds they won't count.

• 1-10 upgraded members will earn you an extra $2 per member
